
Here we have a Bradmalt X large loaf
On the left a white sandwich loaf with extra soft crust and on the right a spicy fruit loaf - this is gorgeous toasted and buttered for breakfast.
Next piece of kit we need is something to make a good job of slicing the bread. We tend to cut thicker than we really need with a knife. Feb 7th 2008-Kenwood Food Slicer arrived for Paul's birthday - superb for slicing the bread - no more wasted ends of loaves............
