Boxing Day



We all like eating on Boxing Day - cold turkey and ham, with chutneys, roast potatoes and all the left over veg - bubble and squeaked.

By special request Grandma made us a Charlotte Rousse - most popular dessert when we used to have Christmas tea at her house. I've managed to remove it from the container in one piece, as Rachelle and Paul stood holding their breath. Tim's out today - should we save him some......?
