Godmother Rachelle and Kieran
A lovely day I am told - sadly I missed out due to a chest infection which has knocked me off my feet. Paul, Jonathan and Rachelle went along to the service at Kirkburn Church where Rachelle performed her duties as Godmother. Afterwards Paul and Rachelle went to the reception at the cricket club. Paul brought me some buffet for tea, which was lovely and he also took lots of photos. Unfortunately the photos weren't as good as the buffet. I couldn't understand why all of them have a sort of ethereal aura in the centre. Later I found the cause - a greasy (butter I think) fingerprint on the lens..........I've managed to rescue the camera with some intricate cleaning and some of the photos aren't too bad.
