Tim survived his first year at university and has really enjoyed life in Brighton. He has a lovely new house to live in for his second year. His first year took him to Greece to study earthquakes and volcanoes and his second year has a trip to South Africa planned where he will be studying the ecology of the savannah.
Jon did well with his AS Level exams and is concentrating on his A2 Level now. He's been offered places at Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool Hope University, University of Hull and University of East Anglia. He's hoping to do a combined honours degree, philosophy and history starting September 2010 - not quite decided where yet, but he'll have to make up his mind soon.
Mock GCSEs have had to be endured by Rachelle in December, but I think they went OK. All energies are now concentrated on a concert in Manchester, sometime in March, starring H.I.M. Dad the hero is taking Rachelle and friend and accompanying them to the 'do'. Following the last such venture, ear plugs will be purchased in advance!
